Targa Newfoundland '08, need Copilot, serious answers pls

Hoping to drive the Targa Newfoundland 2008 in the Grand Touring Class with my 996 Targa. I need a copilot with experience of such events, anyone interested? no tyre-kickers please, as this is a serious question. I'd be able to assist/cover costs in NL, you must be prepared to carry some costs yourself (your travel to/from NL) and have your own dress, helmet, computers/stopwatches etc.
Dates 13th to 20th September 2008. Plus one week minimum preparation in NS/NL beforehand (transit with vehicle from Halifax to NL etc)
A lot of good info can be gleaned from the www.Targanewfoundland.com website.
Language: english or german... no preference as to age/sex/nationality just ability and able to work with a hard-headed 60 year old (me!)

Something i would love to have a go at but I've not got any of the required skillset or tools, other than the bills bit and the ability to deal with and be as hard headed. I think i might just find myself on the side of a road somewhere very cold

Are you still going? I thought they had the driver orientation at Mosport a month or so ago??

Targa NFLD is really up there on my 'must-do' list... just need to find the $$.

Hi Gary, my planning is for 2008 (not 07!) and trying to get it all together, I've no chance of 2007 although I wanted to, couldn't get my car over (at least not for a reeasonable price, as I can't afford to fly it over the herring pond!)

D'oh! I guess I should learn to read. Hmmm... some friends here are contemplating entering in '08. I'll bug them a bit more. If they're going (and I can afford it), I'll come along and give you a hand (I've no experience nav'ing something this big), but I'm great crew. We should get a decent sized crew from guys around here.
