Hello, I'm female and off to WSB at Brands next month with some pals, so looking to see if anyone else is!! An old friend of mine told me this is a good site to get on to find other groups of riders to meet up with. Are you two going?

Hiya Bev,

Welcome to the BB wavey ..... don't get too many ladies around here.....it's like being inside sometimes!
Are you really in Northern Ireland? Not sure why it's funny, but I've just bought a new fairing and a can from a guy there....called Gary....know him??!!
Funny isn't it....yuo can travel half way around the planet...meet up with someone who knows someone from London..."Do you know......"? Yeah, course!

Ops, gotta go back into my cage now....au revoir!

(ladies love a little French, you know)

Yes I live in Northern Ireland in a place called Holywood, just outside Belfast. No, I don't know Gary, but you're right, it's a small world. Does he use this website too? I'm looking out for bike clubs/meets so I can go out and see more of the coast line as I went to the North West 200 and I didn't take the coastal route (didn't want to get lost), but still had a nice journey.I hear the coast is very nice, so long as it stops blimmin raining out here. I've not had a lot of opportunity to get out much on the bike because of the rain, it's no fun. There is a big mast on the top of the hill opposite my flat.... They say "If you can't see the mast, it's raining, and if you can see the mast, it's about to rain!!!" So it's a no win situation. Thats Nornireland for ya!!!

So I am hoping Brands weather is not going to be a wash out!!!

Hello to all who welcomed me, thats what I like about bikers, they are like the old AA blokes.... " very nice men", a bit mad sometimes, but good fun!!!

welcome, Brands is a great day out, although quite a long way for you, if the weathers nice its well worth it, if you happen to go like me and a friend did for the last race of the BSB season then i dont recomend it, been constantly rained and hailed on wasnt fun, i was glad i was slightly hung over that day and took the car and left the bike at home.
