Silverstone Tickets......Platinum?

I've been offered "platinum" tickets, but can anyone tell me whether these are any good?

I looked on Silverstone website and couldn't find the info anywhere...

Seating position opposite the garages! And with a roof!

I sat in those seats for the testing the other week.....

Lets hope there's a big telly or like seeing the tops of the mechanics heads, cos you'll see naff all else. Got to be the worst value seats in the house....

Best grandstand has to be Woodcote. If you're high up you can see them come through Bridge, round Luffield 2 and through Woodcote down the straight. And you get to see the start.

Just heard a report direct from the circuit and the tickets are rubbish and so I am not going to bother. It took an hour and a half to crawl into the circuit from Banbury this morning so god knows what it would be like tomorrow or Sunday...
