We read a lot of bad things on here, so to redress the balanace, I'd like to thank Peter, Tom and the other folks (Daniel?) at Porsche Bolton for making my recent purchase such a pleasure.

I've had some bad experiences in the past and had wondered about steering away from Porsche, but nothing has ever made me smile quite like a 911.

So thanks all - smooth deal, painless transaction, excellently prepped car and service with a smile. I can't recommend Bolton enough.

See you all soon.

I'll second that... Bought my cayman from JCT Leeds, and they were awful. Poor customer service, lied about aspects of the car, and generally unhelpful.

Bolton couldn't have been better. Me and my father are now heading there in future. They even took me on a trackday in a cayman s to make up for my bad experiance in Leeds! Danny is the salesman you want, good man. Ask him to show you the video of the test drivers in the Cayenne's in Germany!!!

Good to hear I'm not alone.

I too had a bad experience with one or two other OPCs. I found Bolton genuinely helpful and keen to ensure customers are happy.

I am a bit of a perfectionist, but they humoured me and prepped the car accordingly. I couldn't be happier. smile

Buying a car from an OPC has always been a pleasurable experience...its selling it back to them that becomes more unpleasant when you find the spec they advised you to have is now the reason they can only give you a shit bid for the carsoapbox

Well to be fair.."the dealer was really nice to me as they took £60k from me" when you know they are planning to fleece you for £10K a month later if you need to sell..its similar to people who go to lapdancing bars and spend a grand in a night and say"that bird really loved me"..its about making money. If you are 4 ft 6",blind, and got one leg and one eye all car dealers will tell you you look like Brad Pitt if it means a sale.
