i've just realised that this crap weather is all my fault!

my tamora's engine suffered a minor hiccup at the end of april. when i say minor, i mean it required a top end rebuild which i decided to turn into a full one.

anyway, i took it into the garage on what must have been roughly the last day of good weather (end of april), and it's been rubbish ever since.

good news is that i should be getting it back roughly 17th july (better bloody had do!), so i'm sure the sun will be cracking the flags from then on.

so, sorry again. it's all going to be fine in a few days.

I just think you're a lucky sod, it's normally the other way round with me, ie good weather when I haven't got the car. But thanks for owning up to it.

there was a bit of to and fro with the warranty company which caused the delay. still not sure i've finished squeezing them.

not saying i wouldn't have driven it, i drive mine in all conditions but just not my daily 19 mile crawl from east to west london. evenings, weekends and work trips to europe are tamora territory!

No, not sure you get all the blame. I decided to wash the roof properly before its annual waterproofing - that's why we haven't had a dry day since May.

I'm sorry I must aslo take my share of the blame..

When it was hot (anyone remmeber) I bought a tuscan for the roof off experience - not been off at all and 3 air conditioning units for the bedrooms - still in the boxes.

Since then nothing but cold and rain

Sorry, me too. I bought and S3 for the 'top down' experience. Only managed it once as yet as it keeps raining and too cold.

Besides I'm female, blame me, its all our fault biglaugh

No think I'm to blame judge.

1. Had the engine upgraded from 3.6L to 4.0L in April.
2. Started a new permanent job in Bristol in May, and now can use the Tiv on a regular basis.

.... but ever since it has been crap weatherbangheadbangheadbangheadbangheadbanghead

Please make it rain again. The sun seems to have brought out all the impatient, arrogant, jealous types today...
