Admittably, I have only had my Sagaris for 6 days but I've already enjoyed some evening drives around the great country roads that my part of the world has to offer and all I can say is that the car is sensational! Coming from a 996 C4S the Sag feels so much more planted and direct yet without the nervous tendancies I found a little disconcerting with my Tamora. The steering is spot on - quick enough but not so much as to make the car dart across the road on a bumpy section. The suspension is another revelation with the car sitting beautifully level whilst cornering and even brushing aside mid-corner bumps that wet my palms on many occasions in the Tamora and Griff. I obviously test drove before buying but its not until you get a car on roads that you know and love that the true characteristics come to light. The other thing I love with TVR's, this goes for the Sag, Griff and Tamora that I have owned, is how a snaking road can be enjoyed with minimal gear changes. Leave it in third on twisty sections and fourth on more sweeping curves and enjoy the driving. I recall my girlfriends Lotus Elise was a fantastic handling car, almost go-kart like, but to get the performance you seemed to be constantly rattling through the gears. Not with the TVR. The other thing I had forgotten was so good in the new TVR's is the driving position. Maybe the seats lack a bit of lateral support for slimmer folk but the steering wheel can be positioned perfectly, nice and close for a tall driver like myself who needs the seat right back. My only worry now is if I can stick to the limited mileage I took on my insurance!

Yep can only agree there fantasticbiggrin
Julianc has a point, but if your aircons set up correctlywinkyou don't miss the roof off motoring

PS Pull your seat cushion out to give you a bit more lateral support and head room when you take it on the track

If a soft top is required then yes, the Tamora is a great car. On track, mine was very enjoyable. On a country roads a tad twitchy!

If TVR had not conceived the Tamora the Sagaris would not exist in the form it currently does! wink

It's better with the lid on I think, except for the crick in the neck. hehe
