Changing text in diary entry

Is there a way of changing the description of an event in the diary, as one I suggested needs to have times etc added.

Just need to add a line about people meeting up from 11am onwards. On page four of the thread on that subject i've put some maps etc of the location - any chance of getting these on to the event descrption?

I'll drop a mail to info@ph with the details on the shirt.
