Hi Everyone,

Unfortunatly our best driver (amazing as he is nearly 9 foot tall!) has pulled out of the race due to a girly back pain.

If any of you folks wants to race and can get to Hoddesdon, Rye House kart track for 9am tomorrow and has karted before, and is quick (er than me would be good (but tough)) then please respond asap!

I have just left answer phone messages for 2 standbyers and am about to call another mate, so can't promise a seat even if you do reply, but at least we can include you for next time on Sunday 29th.

Greg

For the karters, does anyone fancy finding a nearby pub after the race and watching the end of the F1?

I think we will miss about 45 mins of race, which is a bit annoying, I wanted to see the start.

Seat is now filled with one of DanH's friends.

I'm sky+ing the F1 so will shoot off and start watching it before it ends.

See you at 9ish Mikey. Do you want to join me and your Dad in a kart or shall we have the late entrant?

Yeah sure, I guess that will suit everyone best especially Team Nobility gaining such an impressive driver laugh.

I'm considering VHSing the F1 (we're very technical down here) and then not listening to any radios.

See you at 9.

ETA: reply from mikey_p, not RobP.

Don't rush to get there.

Last races all started a bit late, you don't *really* need to get there till 9.25 or so.

Looking at the race standings now, it seems that those teams who bother to go to Clay Pogeon and Landow jump up the order considerably.

There were only about 15 teams at each, so even if you came last, you still won 50 points or so and there were 3 races we missed. frown

Well know for next season, when I think we should try to win. hehe
