Three times now, once when outside the car and twice when in it, the electric door opening together with window drop, plus the electric boot opening has gone completely dead.
Had to get out using the manual door opener (with the window annoyingly catching on the seal as it doesn't drop) then manually get into the boot to access the control box.
Disconnecting the plugs and reconnecting after a couple of minutes the unit resets and everything works again.
This clearly points to a duff control box, but just wanted to check that people agree before I buy a new one in case it might be something else?

Sounds like a power supply problem. Check the voltage at the box when it next happens. just wiggle the connector, dont remove it.

I was having trouble with the windows, then trouble opening doors, from inside and then outside, finally the central locking locked on! Got to admit that the box is fcuked. Trying to track a new one down is causing a bit of a headache.
