Indeed. There is something screwy going on and I've seen it before several times over the years.

Each F5 (refresh) or Ctrl-F5 results in a snapshot of the thread from a different time - so the latest few posts appear and disappear at random. And it's not people deleting their posts because in some of the threads it's one of my posts that's the latest and I can't see it! Then it comes back, then it disappears along with the post previous to it, etc.

Also, "What's New" / "My Stuff" and the thread are out of sync. It says I'm the latest poster on a couple of threads, but when I go in there I can't see my post and an older post by someone else is the latest.

This very thread seems to have between 1 and 3 posts in it (well, 4 after I've hit "Submit" on this one assuming nobody else posts in the meantime) seemingly at random.

Just switched from pistonheads.com to pistonheads.co.uk on the British GP thread and the latest post came up as Friday!! Something really not right here as I made a post on it just a few minutes ago (which I so far can't see yet).

And this thread seems to have a totally random number of posts ranging from just the original post and no replies through to all replies, and everything in between.

Playing up for me as well.

One minute a post exists, the next it's gone, then whole pages disappear, then back to normal, and so it goes on...

As Mrs Fish says, we know about it and it's been reported. It simply looks like one of the servers is out of synch.

One of the hamsters must be slacking.

Be careful, you'll get a reputation making rash statements like that.

Just sit down quietly and breathe deeply before doing something you might regret
