School bullying is truly terrible, and I trust that every single person on GM would defend your son and try to protect him. Primary school is a very different environment from an internet forum that attracts mostly grown-up motorsports enthusiasts who voluntarily participate in order to chat about their common passion.
When someone jumps in and, seemingly intentionally, winds everybody up by asserting unprovable claims as though they were undeniable facts, lobs in gratuitous one-liner posts simply to reiterate over and over the same opinion, and fails to manifest even a bit of self-effacing humour about the show he's making of himself, it is disruptive and often annoying.
Similarly, it does not help to refer to one's fellow GM'ers as "the tools on this thread".
More important, we all hope that your son is okay.

Hmm, bullying, an interesting question.
Is this thread similar to the playground shout of ‘more blokes have got on and off your mother than the number 39 bus’? Well it is possible that some could see it that way if viewed in isolation, but when recent comments, and their structure, etc, are taken into consideration perhaps not.
Perhaps I might explain my position it will help those crying foul.
IMO flemke’s views on Ferrari are a little too biased, for want of better wording, than I am comfortable with, yet in the main those post of his which I disagree with tend to be phrased in such a manner and backed with sufficient factual information to be disregarded, where deemed appropriate, without much, if any, sense of incredulity.
LR’s posts are perhaps far more in keeping with the nature of this thread. They add little or no real value to the debate on all but a few occasions and are based on, at best, tenuous fact, supposition and uninformed opinion. IMO perhaps we are comparing a Chris Nixon book with (flemke) with the film Driven (LR)
SKR feels the need to draw a comparison with his son’s situation. As horrible and unfortunate as that be (a fair number of us might consider that we have been there, done it and got the T-shirt ourselves) this thread is nothing like that. LR has the ‘tools’ at his disposal to ‘fight back’ just as much as any one of his detractors. Sometimes one must ask ‘Why are they picking on me?’ I doubt that it would take anyone too long to see why there are so many, vocal or not, who ridicule LR’s jaundice view.
LA, whilst LR might well thank you for running to the Head’s office on his behalf (I really don’t know if he values this or would rather fight his own battles) might I respectfully suggest that you review your own posting history and consider the meaning of the phrase ‘let he who is without sin cast the first stone.’
