Hi,

I've had my T350t from new and its approaching 3 years old come September. I’m after a Wear & Tear Warranty and i am looking for anyone who has purchased one since the Warranty from TVR is no longer valid.

I have been looking at Car2Cover but they haven’t replied to my email yet.

Any info would much be appreciated

Jon

Hi Jon,

I went for Car2Cover about 3 months ago when the TVR Warranty was no longer being honoured. I should have still have year remaining on the the original TVR warranty, so I wanted something to cover me in case of a large failure. Certainly the most reasonable option I've seen - but have yet to claim on it, so who knows what they're like when it actually comes down to it!

Fairly sure it's not a wear and tear policy though, but then again at £475 for 2 years, it's not likely to be.

Odd they're not getting back to you - they were great at replying to me. They even got back to me one night at about midnight!! The lady I dealt with there was called Elaine.

Hi and thank you.

That is indeed a car we cover regularly.

I hope that helps.

What type of cover did you take out - Platinum or Premier? If you dont mind me asking if you did take out the Pemier how much was it?

I know the question wasn't to me.... but what's this Premier bit? I took out the Platinum one which was £475 for 2 years plus £100 to cover the Cats for that period too. Is the Premier more or less comprehensive than the Platinum?

I also took out the platinum policy (which I think is the top of range - there are several "lesser" policies)

Hope that helps
