Standard of driving at the GP rant

I can put up with people not merging in turn. I can just about put up with people selfishly inventing their own lanes so they can get out of the car park field quicker than the rest of us who stay in the queue. But what really heated up my urine was the tw@t who opened his door into mine yesterday. Thanks for the big silver dint in my passenger door, mate. I'd have thought the people who pay hundreds of pounds to watch fast cars driving round in circles would have some sort of feeling of respect for cars. Maybe they have, but obviously no-one else's.
And breathe.
On a more positive note, did anyone else notice the paintwork on Porsche's guest driver car - Derek Warwick was pootling around the back of the field in it. How cool does Matt Black look?

A chap in a 996 opened his door into the side of my wife's Subaru a couple of years ago at Silverstone. Pissed me right off, as it put a massive dent in the panel (combination of paper thin metal on the Scoob & the sharp "shoulder point" on the 996 door).
Cost him close to £150 by the time we had dentmasters pull the ding out & re-spray the small area. Fair play to him though, he paid up promptly & we didn't try & sting him for a new door skin or anything stupid.
