I've sold her...very, very sad.

She ended up costing my well over £15k in two years (depreciation servicing etc....) but I would still say very worth while way to spray my hard earned money away.

So thanks to everyone out there who has helped me through some small problems...and good luck to Jason Garber(who was recommended the car by crazy car nut Patrick Buckland) the car is on it's way to Holland...maybe to live in Germany...or just tour around Europe...I am sure she will enjoy the space instead of the grey, chocked roads of blighty...but I will miss her greatly...

Jason got a great car - she was running like a dream...and got a new starter motor thrown in...what more can you really want??

So good bye to everone...and I hope and wish I can return one day.

I give you 12 months before you're back...

Any idea how Mr Buckland is doing/ what he is currently driving?? IIRC he was one of the earliest Cerb owners on the old egroups and a rather nuts one at that! thumbup

he came with the family in a little saloon...

and evo VIII I think...with lots of little stickers with tuning names near the wheel arch...so I imagine some ridiculous boost setup - induction to suck the heart out of the devil...

ended up settling for £14,250 (crimnal really...especially as i'd just forked out over £1600 on her - inbetween services...but I was swung by the ethusiasm of the bloke...plus I payed for half of the new starter motor she needed)...

still looked at her with a tear in my eye...at least I kept the real girl in my life and didn't become a garage dwelling odd-bod though.

I can't wait till I can move out of london - get a euro box and rejoin the tvr fold.
