Met a girl (24) the other day who did her test in a Gallardo
Discussion
Mate of mine learnt to drive in a new Ferrari Mondial.
Outside college there were usually a few driving school cars waiting to pick up 17 year olds for their lesson and my mates dad used to roar up in the Mondial, hop out and put L plates on it.
My mate was only tiny as well and you could barely see him over the steering wheel.

I recall in Autocar that Steve (what was his name, not the Editor Steve Cropley, the other Steve...can picture him perfectly. Doh). anyway, they did a test in a Lambourghini Diablo (I forget which variant but I remember it being yellow) to see if it could be done.
It was an excellent article, from the driving examiner tightening his belts and then realising he couldn't reach the scissor doors, to not being physically able to do a U-Turn around a mini-roundabout (I recall he said he considered lighting up the wheels to do it, so it must have been a RWD version), but in the end simply said "it can't be done".
It was a very good piece, actually!

That's the one! Thanks, it was driving me crazy! Not read Autocar for a couple of years now (used to subscribe but found I didn't have enough time to do it justice) but always enjoyed his articles - especially a couple that stood out; driving the Jag R3 F1 car, awesome piece of writing, and the Lambo driving test.

Nope
I guess thats where it all goes pear shaped for her. She is also married now which must be nice for her husband who has married into the richest family in the UK. I wonder what she gave him for his wedding gift? a Veyron?
Richest family in the UK? Who would that be then, I believe Laxmi Mittal's daughter was married a couple of year's ago, reports the wedding cost over £30 million pounds!!

Having said that I wouldn't have turned down an invite to the Mittal bash 5 days in the best hotel in Paris all expenses paid and Kylie performing live at the reception.
