Sierra LSD on ebay

I'm not clear with the S - is it a sierra rear diff ?
This guy has a rear one for a sierra 4x4 (LSD), don't know if its any good to anyone or even if it will fit ?

The S has a 7.5" diff and that is a 7" diff. IIRC you also need one with 100mm output flanges rather than the 108mm ones - just to narrow the choice down even further.
