Blimey, is it Chris Bangles hobby car? wink

It's a bit, err, "angular" isn't it?

I think from first impressions it looks like an engine bolted to some offcuts of square tubing, before having a dishwasher dropped on it to form the styling.

I do ike the idea of a mid-engine subaru, but the design does look influenced by Cadillac concept cars

Google for the Prodrive P2 then, and also the Mitsubishi-engined car that looks rather similar (been discussed here on PH)

It's a great idea but the styling is somewhat subject to personal taste (not my cup of tea at all!)

It seems that the Subaru units are begining to be noticed by the kit car world who, having noticed that the VW Beetle, RWD Escort, Sierra and MK3 Jag are no longer plentiful and are actually classics, have had to look for new donors.

Why did it take everyone so long to start using Subaru stuff, especially for mid engined cars?

Here's another one: The TRF built in Perth WA by Kim Ledger, [Heath's Dad] and Terry Fielding, of LF engineering.

Terry designed the car years ago, he was influenced by the Porsche 908.

You can always change the shape of the body........smile, the chassis is very interesting and compact, i think it does have potential.

no chance of SVAing it not with all those sharp edgesbiggrin

seriously though without commenting on the styling, I'd be worried about all the gearbox hanging out the back as it would be a chellenge to get through SVA without ruining the styling (OK couldn't resist)tongue out

I much prefer the concept climax that was shown at Goodwood:

There are more on the site, but I didn't get one good shot - sorry...

No idea what's on the web if you google it??!

But it is a mid-engined Subaru Impreza based car, Ali hand-rolled panels.
