I've done a search but it's proved inconclusive...

If a VAT registered Co supplies a NON EU country with goods / services (below for example) when would said comany charge vat or not?

UK co doing web design for NON eu company - charge VAT?

UK co providing management services (book keeping) for NON eu company - charge VAT?

UK co receiving a commision or fee for something to non eu co - charge vat?

UK co sending goods to non eu co - NO vat.

Thanks in advance to anyone who helps to clear the muddy waters :O)

I am pretty certain that goods and services supplied to a customer based in a non-EU country should be Zero Rated fir VAT purposes.

The key factor is that the entity being invoiced MUST have a valid non-EU address and this address must be shown on any VAT invoices raised.

Certificates of export might also be required for the export of goods.
