Jorg Zander, their chief designer is going to Honda joining senior aerodynamicist John Owen who has just made the same move. Another aerodynamicist, Martin Bester, is also leaving BMW, this time for Williams, presumably to replace the duo of Loic Bigois and Francois Martinet who have left them for Honda.

eek

So who will replace them? Judging by BMW's remarkable improvement this season, I think this is a huge blow to the team.

Well, Willem Toet is still at BMW and they've been advertising in Autosport for a good few months for aeroguys.

And Jorg Zander is a cock, was at Williams for all of 12 months before he realised he couldn't cut it.

Shouldn't that say "BMW staff loose key?"

Sounds more like it!

I doubt it will affect them too much - F1 cars don't use keys...

Honda certainly seem to be head hunting all the key people they need to get back on the podium.
