I got all the bits I needed from The TVR Centre http://www.tvr-centre.co.uk/ they were very helpful. On mine half of one of the UJ's was integral to the column and this part was no longer available, got round the problem by using separate shaft part number 025H227A and 2 separate UJ's part number H0073 which are Griff / Chim lower UJ's (80-14-14).
If yours is the same as mine then you will have 14mm splines on the steering rack end and the steering wheel end. The shaft has 14mm splines at both ends also, hence using 2 lower 80-14-14 UJ's. The Griff / Chim use an upper, 80-14-19 UJ hence the need to order 2 lowers for the wedge.
Makes sense to renew both while it is apart anyway. Hope this helps.

There were a few racks fitted to the Wedge, so don't just ask for a lower steering joint for a wedge, you may end up with the wrong one.
Generally there seem to be 3 sizes of splined hole 9/16"" , 11/16" and 3/4" which equates to about 14.3mm, 17.4mm and 18.9mm. Just to complicate matters the UJ yokes also come in different lengths. (14.3 & 18.9 seem the most common)
It may be worth measuring yours or send it away for refurbishment. There are a few places that will do this. Many of the dealers don't like supplying new ones because of the variations.
I have a few new ones I have aquired, if you let me know the measurements I may have one that will fit. Cheers Steve
