Earth strap

These is a eath strap from the AFM to Resister box, but it goes no where else. should it ??

Mine goes from resistor to AFM then down underneath the AFM and onto the chassis.

I''ve also seen it go from AFM to the Dizzy (no reason, just a convenient earth point).
