I know this has been going on and on and on.

I have another one fail on me right now (looks like i'm missing Old Timers at The Ring) This will be my second in 7,000 miles (had it done 14/15 months ago or so under warranty, no warranty anymore!)

I phoned the stealer to ask what the score was with these failing and that Porsche seem to be modifying these seals by the minute as they constantly fail time after time. Reply was that if it's replaced and you find a leak again next week you will have to pay again! I know mine was just over a year but only 7,000 miles, this is a joke!

all rms seals fitted by opcs come with a 2 year replacement warranty irrespective of whether the car itself is under warranty

if an opc rep told you that then they are misinformed

suggest you speak to the service manager
