lol sorry mate, you can have my original set for half price as a good will gesture! I even managed to haggle the guy, they were up for 4995 dollors plus 750 dollors delivery, I got him to £2500 in pounds including the four tyres and centre caps which i believe do cost a bit!You lucky

As Mandeep::Lambofool says , if you can get the guy to mark the value down to iirc sub $30 then there shouldn't be VAT or a processing fee
Thing is ... If the wheels go missing in transit (or are damaged?) the declared insurance value will be null
