It wouldn`t be the first time - they built a boat in the later 80's early 90's powered by 2 maninised 928 engines .. it was good for 70mph on water and had some very tidy features - well ahead of its time. It was called the Kineo ?

Porsche as a car maker has NOTHING to do with Porsche Design. Both come from the same family but very different businesses

Yup, I believe porsche flogged the rights to their name in the "dark days" of the 80s/90s hence why you get a load of stuff with "Porsche" plastered on it - even shitboxes like this:
