Hi,
Looking out for a sagaris I'm wondering why should/shouldn't I buy a sagaris offered on pistonheads one pre production or the other d-cat but made as good as new? Thanks.

depends how much you save on the cat d....it will always be cat d and therefore hard to sell etc...limited market

not an issue if its a keeper, but if you like to change your cars every couple of years then you need to make sure what you pay for it, wont bite you come resale

My advice is buy one before there's none left, the dealers are selling them before they come in the door (if there priced right)they really are something special, and most people seem to hang onto them once they've found the right spec.

I suggest having a good look around and if you'r strugling to find a good one within your budget, save some more money up, IMHO it's better to get the best you can rather than the cheapest you can.
