Lada BJ doesn't quite fit, the bolt holes on the flange need reaming out. It seems in the past some pattern parts were pretty close / some needed quite a lot of metal removing. Some notable folks have voiced concerns over that area being particularly critical regarding strength.

Dave
I have Lada BJ's fitted but would ensure they are changed more frequently than normal. I'm not sure if I was just lucky getting some that were close to TVR spec.

Dave, well done i knew someone had expressed concerns over something on these joints and thats itwink, euro car parts/ECP are probably a good outlet for these parts,or german & swedish/GSF seeing as they specialise in european stuff.

So it sounds like for the sake of 20 quid difference its not worth taking the chance as they might need adapting and changing more often ?? scratchchin

My lower ball joints were £60 the pair and that's no problem as i will not try to save cash on such an important part regarding safety yes

All IMHO.
