I have had several emails and read comments on threads here and on the TVRCC forums that concern me. Chimfest '07 is on Sunday 12th August. I have made arrangements for anyone travelling long distances, and anyone else for that matter to stop over on the Saturday evening at a local hotel.

Some people have read into this that there is a Saturday event too. Sorry folks but Chimfest '07 is Sunday only. Sandon Hall is only booked for Sunday.

Sorry Neil, Chimfest is an annual event. I guess there will be a Chimfest '08. The TVRCC has a Staffordshire region, You could give them a call.

Hi Bob, As you can tell I am new to the TVR scene, I am trying to find out local meets if you know of any up in Staffs let me know, Sandon Hall is only 15 minutes from me and would have been ideal but I dont think the family will let me cancel the holiday,

Neil.

Neil, you need to join the TVRCC. If you go to www.tvr-car-club.co.uk and click on 'Your Region' it will give you contact details for the local club official. You can then discuss with them what to do next.

Hi Bob,

Different matter altogether, the digi mileometer on my 400 went back to zero when the previous owner had it because the battery went flat, it is working as normal now, is there anyone who can put the mileage back to the original or is it best left alone, your advice would be welcome.

Neil.

Best to post this as a new topic on the Chimaera forum. Someone there may know what you need to do

Hi Ash,

Officially it is a TVRCC event. The way I see it, for non-TVRCC members it's an opportunity for you to see what the Club has to offer, perhaps you'll join after you've had a look at us.

Just turn up on the day, nobody checks for membership cards.

There is a £10/car gate charge to cover Sandon Hall staffing costs
