Cerb at classis car show!
Discussion
Hi all, i went in the Cerb to a classic car show near me, and as i pulled into the carpark one of the organisers waved me to park in the field with all the classic's! Even though i told him i was only there to view the cars he asked me to park the Cerb up alongside a Transam and other classics! as i drove onto the field i could see some of our older generations look of disaproval (of the noise i think?)
as i pulled up a chap and a couple of his buddies with a Triumph Stag came over and asked me to "blip"it,wich of course i did! they loved it
The Cerb seemed to draw more of a crowd than some of the more common classics such as Stag's,MG's,Jaguars ect.
Could the Cerb become a classic? it was the only TVR there and did the marque proud! could'nt believe the amount of people asking "is it reliable?" I put them straight of course
I just thought i would share this with you chaps as i was quite surprised by the kind comments! Cerbs eh!

We (South-yorks TVRCC) show our cars at the Thoresby Hall classic car show twice a year and always seem to get a large crowd around us, i once had a guy come up to me and say it's not really a clasic is it, (2001 X reg) but boy it doesn't half attract some attention, so it's ok in my book, don't you just love it.
We have friends living in Evesham. From time to time when visiting on nice sunny days, we go to the park where just about every time we've been, there has been some sort of gathering of interesting cars on the grass of the park itself. No idea who orgs these events but there's always some of the older generation Tivs there... and not once have I had the presence of mind to take the Cerb.

I hate it when people ask if it is reliable. It's a bl@@dy supercar, name one that is! To be far the Cerbera is still fairly reliable compaired against other Supercars.
To be fair! i think TVR'S on a hole aint as unreliable as legend has it! If you buy a good one to start with then from what ive seen and read they are quite good! Was only at the show 2 hours as i got there a bit late on and spent at least half of that telling people about the cerb! what was good is there seemed to be quite a few people thinking of buying a TVR as their next motor? (or was it just the moment talking?).:scatchchin: this could be good for used values

And Cerberas! Classic - in the truest sense of the word - they certainly are
