cd player broken

Hi All,

My Porsche 911 C4S 996 is great but..... the cd player has stopped working with a CD stuck in it still. The display shows 'no single CD' (I do not have a multi changer). Howe can I get the CD out that is stuck? I also have a poor radio signal and at times v poor radio station reception?

Any ideas please?
