Office building costs

[Greenie]

Don't know if it is this easy but does could anyone give me an idea of per square foot cost for building a single floor office from scratch. Approx 3000 sqft in Hampshire.

Almost impossible to say, will very much depend on facilities and location. Two near on identical units can vary massively from my experience.
