A 120d adventure

Just got back from a 6 day adventure in Europe in my brand new 120d 3 door M Sport.
Including 4 laps of the Nurburgring in the evening. A cross country jaunt through the Ardenne Mountains and a 350 mile Autobahn hike in less than 4 hours, topping 140 mph at several stages on the unrestricted parts, whilst delivering a trip average of 45 mpg, then a 3 day beer festival at the German MotoGP, sun burnt we returned the same way.
The car is very good, reliable, comfortable, quick enough for road use, the handling of the new 120d is very good, it was safe and entertaining on the Ring, at UK motorway speeds I got 55 mpg on the cruise.
2000 miles now done average speed 72 mph .. I checked the average speed in our LR Disco on UK roads 34 mph.
