My name is Ryan Vanderwel and I am the General Sales Manager @ Park Place Ltd. in Bellevue, Wa. We are currently the franchise dealer for Lotus and Aston Martin in Wa. It is true that TVR is coming back to the US market. The first Demo cars are scheduled to arrive by the end of July. These vehicles will be track only cars as they are the same as the European Sagaris, and will not meet dot and epa. They are meant to be a demo vehicle so that people can see and touch the vehicle before it arrives, I guess the same as Lotus did with the 190 sport, although without such a huge wait between Series 1 and Series 2 cars. The first US DOT and EPA certified cars are scheduled to arrive Late January 2008. These will be completely US legal and will consist of 3 vehicles; Sagaris, Tuscan, Tuscan Convertible. The Motors are being built by Riccardo in England, while the factory that is assembling the vehicle is Bertoni in Italy. So I guess they are at least 1/2 english. They should be spectacular when they finally arrive.
