Urgent, need sun server support at easynet bricklane

One of our customers has a sun fire v440 server with orange flashing lights.

They need an engineer to sort if ASAP. Can anyone help, advise etc?

How do you know it's hardware? What does the /var/adm/messages file contain?

I know it is hardware becuase there is an amber light flashing and nothing else, no disks, fans, etc, etc.

I think we have found an engineer.
