Short notice, but i'm heading out for a blast along the return route of the Hayling Island F&C run, although not onto the Island itsself. Probably collecting a spot of lunch (and Dizeee) along the way.

Starting from Engelfield Green.

If you are reading this, you are probably bored, so come along too. I will have a final look at this thread and check out at mid-day.

Several folks have a number for me or Dizeee, so if you want to come along, but haven't got our numbers, give one of the others a call.

We will be back in plenty of time to attend this evening's SAS event smile

By the way did you see me squeezing past that yellow school bus in that narrow road? If you had of done, that must have been quite a sight!

Lovely run out James, thanks for the company, especially given the short notice.

Some great fast roads, the ones out of Petersfield are as good as i remember from the F&C run smile Shame about the bits of traffic on the last leg, but a pretty route all the same.

Yes, saw the school bus squeeze hehe

With a bit of preparation, we could probably manage a proper lunch run next week - any other takers?

ETA piccies for the album.

The old guy in the Citroen was pretty quick in getting into our picturewink

If you'd like to continue there's a LOAD of beer in the fridge... which I may or may not have been drinking since I got in hehe

And it's not my fault you buggers seem to drink faster than drains wink

laugh - must be something to do with getting old.

Having had a couple of beers with dinner, we are just celebrating the MIL's flat sale with a cold bottle of Lanson - cheap, but eminantly quaffable.
Cheers mate - an enjoyable early evening beer
