After using the headset that came with my xbox last night for the first time and having no joy with it, could hardly hear anyone and everyone hearing noise from mine I was planning to get a new one today. Just wondering if the wireless ones are better/worth getting. Advice please.

Cheers

the only prob I have hear re the wireless one is that you can't wear glasses at the same time.

the heaset feedback problem occurs intermittently. If it happens again, try switching the controller on and off. That usually works for me.

I had a problem with my headset, that after some swap testing, turned out to be the controller. Try another controller before forking out for a new one smile

I tried the one that came in the box and it was terrible, a marked unimprovement over my original Xbox one! I moaned about it to a mate of mine and he said they're all crap, so i bought the wireless one and its great (i don't wear glasses though!).

I still use my Halo headset with my 360 as it fits in the new controllers fine just no mute control.
