i was driving down the road yesterday and when giveing it a good blast the glass fell out the wing mirror.i cant believe the cost of a replcement is £49 + vat for the glass only, can any one put me on to a cheaper place thanks

You could try Halfrauds, Have a look @ Summit (make) replacement glass for a Citroen CV25's.

are you saying the citroen cv s is the same ,a chap told me today the cx is the same thanks

When i got back to my car today after a day of being in direct sunlight, the glass on mine had got really loose and pretty much fallen out - pressed it back in and seems to be ok, but may be worth checking if the heat affects it?

thanks Big All tvr shop wanted £49+ vat plus postage ,ive picked one up for £6.99 .i wonder if i look in to every thing a bit more theres many more parts on the chimaera which can be found through eather these forums or the internet thanks
