I have done a search for a Cold Air Induction kit for the Monaro and it didn't really return many results, I am sure that I read that Wortec did a CAI kit for the Monaro, is this true?

If not what CAI kits are available?

If such a kit exists, is it worth getting? A definite advantage over standard components/ power upgrade etc?

How much are the kits that are available?

Thanks in advance

Do a search for Power Torque and Orrsom over the radiator cold air intake or otrcai.
I got my PT style for around £150.

The otr types are best for performance as they have the shortest and straightest lead into the throttle. Normally they are combined with mafless operation for optimal performance. A search on ls1.com.au will validate them as being the best for power.

Roger is fitting the new New CAI into my CV8 today, so we shall see how good it is on Friday when I pick it up!

It might be harder to appreciate this time'round as I'm having the headers upgraded, but I'm sure I'll do my best to 'appreciate & test' it on the 4 hour drive home!

Perhaps Roger might post up a pic on here or on the Monkfish site as to what the new set up looks like.

Paul - 4hrs from Monkfish to home??? You can't be doing much 'appreciating & testing'then....unless you're going via Cardiff that is!!! Did you find them OK? I know that A428 quite well but not the Horwood area - on my way back I took the wrong turn at the RAB & drove for some miles before realising!!!
