Hi everyone,

We're looking for a bright-coloured and standard 4.5-litre Cerbera for an upcoming feature. I don't have a firm date as yet but it will be in the next 2-weeks. So if you'd like to see your Cerbera in the magazine and don't mind one of us 'making progress' in it then please email me at jethrob@evo.co.uk. Obviously we'll provide insurance etc and as you'll be sitting in the passenger seat you can make sure there's no abuse going on.

Hopefully I'll hear from some of you soon...

Jethro

Can we atleast get a mapped car there? The standard mapping on these cars is absolutely miles out and it would be nice to see what you guys make of a properly running Cerb. smile

I'd offer ours, but its not brightly coloured and a little battle scarred from sprint/hillclimb accidents! smile

It's really a standard chassis we're worried about so a remapped car shouldn't be a huge issue. However, the absolute ideal is an 'as it left the factory' example.

You can use mine if you like, though it has a different exhaust and induction, and wheels.
I do have a spare set of spiders which could go back on if needed.

Nick.

Hi Nick, thanks for the offer. Noise may be an issue, but if you'd like to email me we can discuss it a bit further.

Tried to mail but you don't except them
Mail me and I'll send over some details.

I'd say Nicks car is definitely a fine example of one of the best out of the factory.

Trying to email me through pistonheads doesn't seem to work, but if you go through normal email it should be fine.

Anyone willing to help out please contact jethrob@evo.co.uk and we can talk dates/specifics of the test etc.

Paul, does your car have aircon?

I remember a guy called GerryB on here had an '02 RR cerb in grigio with mulberry interior. His car didn't have aircon but I thought it was one of the smartest colour combos I had seen.

Although that spectraflair silver car might have swayed me........
