PRODUCTION AND MARKETING

i have an idea to manufacture an existing product, but in a as yet unused material.

my question is who do i turn to to mass produce the item (in stainless steel) ?
its not particuarly big or complicated, but will involve folding and welding (i think)

im pretty sure i can market it myself, but any advise welcome.
