Are these (the switch on the sill) a common or garden one available Halfrauds etc; or are they a Ford/Vauxhall/ Peugeot/Rover part?
A mate needs to change his as rather past their best

Pretty common or garden, just make sure you get the ones with 2 contacts & a rubber boot.

Above and behind your head if you drive with the roof up.

In the rear view mirror if you drive with the roof down!

It's in the hoop for the targa.

Many cars have a light in the footwell near the 'glove box', all cars I've seen have the wiring even if the light is not fitted BTW
