Hi Guys thought id better change my ph name to something a bit more appropriate now that ive sold the griff and got myself a beautiful sag, anyone recommend a high quality body shop pref in the north west where I can take my car to have the front end resprayed as it has a lot of stonechipping, also anyone got any idea on costs, to be honest im more nervous about leaving the car with anyone, as ive heard so many stories of yts chavs taking the car out to "road test" the car, or revving the boocks off it with a cold engine, any recommendations gratefully received.
Regards Ian.(ex luvgriffs)

I can recommend Surface & Design they are based very near to the TVR factory & are ex TVR employees they share a premises with PDQ Developements who have just completed the vent removal on my Sagaris & carried out a stunning job it has to be said. Surface & design carried out a full bodywork restoration on a T 350 recently for a friend & the car was as good if not better than factory, when i saw the car i was stunned they will certainly sorting any body work i require in the future. These two companies seem to be the cream of the TVR workforce & set up on their own. Nice lads too.

Hate to mention money but how much did they charge?

I'm not sure what they charge to be honest regarding paint work as it probably depends what you require & what type of paint, i'm sure they are competitve though. The most important thing is that the quality of their work they carry out is exceptional you have to see it to believe it. Plus a visit to the Pleasure Beach after you drop your car off would be a nice touch as we did, weather permitting of course. That alone makes it worth the visit for me as i live in Hedon, East Yorkshire 300 mile + round trip. They are all top lads & they know their stuff.
