Matt, no, a track-day sump (AKA: Baffled sump) is a £1000 (approx) factory option so not all have one. When under original factory warranty (12 months) Noble Automotive specified the need for a TDS for track "use" otherwise they could void the warranty. BTW, AFAIK Noble is the only car company ever to offer warranty cover for track use!Tip: some Nobles had a TDS retro-fitted and to make this easier (ie: no engine removal) these were fitted by cutting the chassis member. It all works fine but some people (me, for one) don't like cutting chassis parts - your call in the end.
Suggestion - get one with a factory fitted TDS. Good luck.
