A3 Northbound Road Closure

For any that are not aware and are thinking of using the A3...
It is COMPLETELY CLOSED at the New Malden junction. This means there are permanant static tailbacks around Tolworth right up to New Malden, where everyone is forced to leave the A3. The road under the bridge has about 4 foot of water just sat there.
It's just taken me the best part of 2 hours to negotiate my way into London all because of the chaos there.
So steer clear!
