...........the Sag has been on trickle charge for a week but when we tried to use it today it wouldn't turn over. We jumped it from the 350z and went out in it - didnt turn it off in the whole journey.. When we came back Bal turned it off and it still wont turn over. The dashboard reading for the battery is 13.5 when we are travelling.

Questions.............

Could the battery be fcensoredd ?( Bals words not mine) smile

Could it be another problem ?...................

Has anyone experienced this ?......

Any ideas????

Cells in batteries do die, if you trickle charged and it still won't turn over then it does sound like the battery is dead, would certainly be on the list of things to get checked or just order a replacement.
whilst I don't know the part number you need, I did search PH and found this post quite funny smile

I had an alternator problem the symptoms were the opposite to yours; would start when the battery was charged but would eventually die until the battery was charged again. And in my case, the disply showed continually reducing voltage.

So it sounds to me as if your battery is FUBAR.

Lorraine, just make sure that if you get the battery it has a high enough cranking ampage.

The cranking ampage needs to be 620 - 650

Also if its the same fitment as a T350 an 069 fits too
