Crack on my CAT

Had the same problem recently. My dealer, Hexham Horseless Carriages fitted a new "empty" can whilst they got the cracked one professionally welded.

Great job and not too expensive. It was easier than it might otherwise have been as the two cans sit one above the other in the tunnel and it was the bottom one that cracked.

Later cars had swaged rather than welded cats. I had one go at 3000 miles on a 2004.
