could someone please help....ive just tried to jump the cerb with a power pack,the alarm beeped once then locked me out,the remote stopped working at this point so i got in through the secret way,then the alarm went off.Just at the point when i thought my ears were going to bleed it went off.I have also taken the alarm apart and cant remember how the batteries go back (Doh).does anybody know if i have to reset the alarm and how to do it?and if the alarm goes off again can i just disconnect the battery? im now hiding from neighbours.

Attaching the booster was I guess the same as if you had just connected up a new battery - indeed when you first connect up a battery the car will lock itself, at this point you just have to press and hold the blipper until it starts to go through a little sequence of flashes and beeps, you should then be able to lock and unlock as normal. You will need to disconnect the battery (leave it off for a few minutes to be sure) and then reconnect and do the above.

As for batteries, I know there are two that go in sandwiched together but don't have mine to hand to open up and see which is positive and negative direction of fit.

Thanks for that,will give it a go in the morning.If you are woken by a far off car alarm it may just be me.
