As title "Hannibal" is a tad lumpy at 2000 rpm. Is this something I could sort with plugging the laptop in to him and doing some adjustments or would a remap solve it better?

Many Thanks.

If its a 4.5, yes... remap it ASAP!

It is soooooo much smoother at low rpms that you'll be shocked by the improvement. There will always be a slight "hump" around that area, but post mappage it isnt comparably lumpy, its just far far better. smile

DOOOOO it thumbup

check for play in the balls on the throttle linkage, and ensure the main link rod is set correctly.

then get it onto a laptop and check the rest.

Cracked exhaust manifolds??? If you've got air being sucked in pre-lamda then that'll make her hunt, buck and kick.
