Ultima at Hollingworth

I've seen a Black Ultima at a dealer at Hollingworth, any one know of this car and can shed some light?
At 33K it seems moderately good value.

I looked at it but it didnt (in my opinion) look to well put together!!

A 5.7 as well i wanted 6.3 or more but i seemed ok value
