XK8 / X300 radio serial numbers

The following data is from the radio in my 97 XK8:

Sticker data:
Model: AJ 9600R
Part: LJA4100AA
Unkown number: 54B40160W18-0

Radio frame data:
JA 00AA V 03 15250
703 15250 B

I would like to know which number is required when searching for the 'unlock' code for the radio. I haven't asked at my local dealer as of yet but I expect they would ask a fortune to reset the unit!

If you post the serial number on your radio I will post your radio code.

That's my point.....the first post contains all the numbers on the unit, there are NO OTHERS!

Either there is a sticker missing or one of the numbers supplied IS the serial number.

Your local dealer should be able to give you the code via your number plate for free.

maybe have to take in the V5 & diiving licence for idendification
