Hello,

I'm new to a Mac and am experimenting with the included iPhoto and iWeb software and have some questions..

  • When importing photos from iPhoto into iWeb, how do I get it to bring the comments attached to a photo across?
  • Why can't I import more than 99 photos?
  • How can I change the size of the thumbnails?
  • How can I have 4 columns of thumbnails rather than 3?
  • How can I stamp them (ie. my website URL)?
  • How can I make the page longer? (This is after dragging a photo album into iWeb for an auto-create based on a template (the wedding one)). For example at the end of the pictures I want to write some stuff.. but can't as I've run out of page!
  • What functionality of the website pages I'm creating is reduced if I don't upload it to a .Mac server? The help says "some functions will only work if uploaded to a .Mac account", but not which.
Playing with pictures and web albums on it is really nice but I'm currently at the stage of finding the bits I don't know on this software 'fiddly'. You can get jAlbum for the Mac (which is what I use on the PC), but I thought I'd try this Mac inbuilt stuff as it looks rather good. (Particularly love the templates!)

Thanks

Ben
